Pillowcases4Love

It is Spring, and it's raining cats and dogs! And lots of love! Playful monkeys, writing our letters, what shall we build?, learning our numbers, and Noah's Ark. We also have baby blankets blooming with frogs in the strawberry beds, paw prints among the flowers, and rainbows galore! We delivered these pillowcases and blankets (100 total!) to children in several of our venues, spreading our "you are loved" sunshine and happiness all around.

In January and February of 2026 we delivered over 100 pillowcases and 25 baby blankets to children and seniors in need. We received a special gift from Mathew's mom - a dozen large, cuddly blankets made in the shape of cute animals and insects. These were gifted to twelve children in a domestic violence shelter who were going through a particularly tough time. What a joy to bring them some joy! Imagine wrapping yourself in a huge butterfly blanket or a cozy puppy dog to feel the warmth and love of something you can call your very own. 

Thank you for helping us bring smiles and love to hundreds of children. 

In early 2026, 100 of our pillowcases were gifted to seniors celebrating their birthdays at Luisa and Pasatiempo Senior Centers! The pillowcases were packed beautifully with festive ribbons. Other goodies were included, too, for this joyous occasion. And...we just delivered several dozen more pillowcases for next month's birthday guys and gals! We are grateful to be part of such special gatherings.
